We Only Ship Across Australia

As XENOCLOUDS is a relatively NEW company, all orders will only be sent across Australia for the time being. Once we are more established we may consider distributing to more countries.

We Do NOT Supply Nicotine

Nicotine is classified as a schedule 7 poison and cannot be legally sold within Australia. You are allowed to purchase your own for PERSONAL use; however, we are not responsible for your purchase and will not assist in any way, shape, or form.

Are Juices Ready To Vape?

Yep! All our juices come ready to vape, just chuck it in your RDA or tank and enjoy!

Note: For people who use their own Nicotine, don’t worry! There is a room to add your own.

When Will (Insert Juice Name) Be Back In Stock?

We restock our flavourings and concentrates daily and will restock our juices as soon as our order have been received.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 9am will be dispatched on the same day (usually), if not, they will be dispatched first thing the next morning.

How long will it take for my vape-mail to arrive?

We send our packages through AUSPOST, standard shipping usually comes within a week, express postage anywhere between 1-4 working days. Depending whether purchase is made on a working day or weekend, and location of purchase).

 (If your package does not arrive straight away, do not fret! Please do not email us if your package hasn’t come within 1-2 days, we have absolutely NO CONTROL with how the Australian Post operate. If it’s been a substantial time and you still haven’t received your package, contact us at contact@xenoclouds.com.au and we’ll try to figure something out).

Parcel Post is Australia Post’s standard service and usually takes 2 to 6 business days.
